Ways
to Serve with Skinner Farm In
our Volunteer Ministry we are looking for individuals with a servant's
heart and specific skills who would like to volunteer to help advance
our ministry as we continue to produce technically and morally excellent
leaders.
So
come join us! We'd love to have you! Ongoing
Volunteer Opportunities Do
you live in the Administration
- Assist in a variety of administrative opportunities at the Skinner
Leadership Institute Headquarters. We can often use a wide variety of
abilities, so consider helping us in this way. Event
Services
- Help to run day events and conferences. Assist with preparing
conference materials, data entry and phone calls. Microsoft Word and
Excel a plus. Gardeners
– Skinner Leadership Institute is located on a private 35-acre estate
with forested hills, serene gardens and long pastures. Each season
presents unique opportunities for those with green thumbs, so let us
know if you want to partner with us in this way. We can always use your
skills in beautifying and preserving the grounds of Skinner Leadership
Institute. Housekeeping
- Help serve with the general cleaning of guest rooms, carpet cleaning,
laundry, sewing, and window washing. Facilities
- Help with light plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting projects
on the grounds. Resource
Center
- Assist with fulfillment of orders, stock inventory, and help develop
new SLI resources. Kitchen
Help
- Help maintain the kitchen and in the preparation of food for
conferences and guests who stay at the Skinner Farm. Do you have a group that would be interested in providing one or more days of service? If so, contact us at bws@skinnerleadership.org about ways your group can serve the ministry of Skinner Leadership Institute.
